Tīna Alise Kalēja

I am the co-founder of creative collective "Fabula." After returning from my studies in the USA at the College of the Atlantic, I created "Fabula" with the aim of developing a design practice that engages with the perspectives of other species, grounded in multispecies discourse. My practice encompasses a wide range of explorations, including ecosocial education and cultural projects, community engagement, multispecies architecture, and publishing. The projects are realized in collaboration with various environmental and cultural institutions in Latvia and internationally. My work has been recognized with the Linstow Art Award 2025 and State Culture Capital Foundation grant 2026. I also explore my interests through writing for international journals (Robida, It's Freezing in LA!, Tvērums, Punctum, etc.).
