#2 - Bringing ourselves up

What is the difference between living in your head and living in your body? How to cultivate hope in the times of hopelessness and what are we actually healing from? In this episode Agnieszka Bułacik talks to Mina Đorđević about her path as a yoga teacher and a human being, difference between collectivistic and individualistic cultural mindsets, and shifting from purely capitalist environments into those that bring more connectedness and awareness. We are talking about healing from years of self-negation, overworking, adjusting to people and places. We are talking about sisterhood and womanhood. And we are inviting you to the sound meditation practice and exploring the healing powers of your own voice.

#3- Community, craft, and rest

How are systems of power influencing our idea of rest? How has the idea of rest changed historically and why? What are the secret Intentions and esthetics of lullabies? Reclaiming our ‘right to rest’? How can we connect to nature in the cities? We also look at society through the lense of fermentation of beer and women’s place in it.

In this episode " Community, craft and rest" host Mina Đorđević explores healing through the eyes of fermentation process, cultural diversity of lullabies, and rest as a tool for change with new vision co-conspirator Nat Skoczylas. Politically she is an anarchist, and a spiritual one. In daily life she combines art, research, writing and activism as approaches to building communities.
