What we do

We offer research, workshops, and consultancy that support leaders and organisations in becoming more diverse, just, and inclusive.

We are building TAIGA - transformational leadership program for women in arts and culture.

We curate events and conversation spaces.

Social climates are changing and asking for organisations to become more diverse in order to reflect the diversity of the people they serve and work with, more just and inclusive to ensure that they are creating a workplace, where everyone can thrive and feel well, and more aligned with the realities of our times to ensure that they truly serve the needs of their current and potential audiences.

Diverse and inclusive organisations are also more trusted, resilient, and economically stable, yet getting there requires knowledge of the inequalities that hurdle this, ability to imagine and implement new practices, and holding oneself accountable. This process is complex, often confusing and can feel like too much, when there are also many other challenges organisations need to tackle every day.

What is needed is a trusted and knowledgeable partner that helps navigate this complexity. And this is us.

We accompany organisations in three ways:

Our added value lies in our commitment to deep and systemic change instead of looks-good-on-paper diversity badges, meeting our clients where they are and designing solutions for their specific context, using creativity and imagination as tools to ensure that the complex work is also empowering and joyful.
