Our Team

Anni Jarzembowski

I am a social worker working in a women*center in the east of Berlin.
My field of work is to support, counsel and acompany women and their children affected by domestic violence from their (ex)partners or families. I accompany them in the process of establishing a violence-free, self-determined and empowered life.

Since 2017 I am part of Rave* Awareness. With our collective, we work in the field of anti-discrimination and violence prevention in the context of events and nightlife.
We offer learning spaces, materials, and counseling for people who want to make their events safe(r) and more inclusive. In this context, we work with event organizers, clubs, festivals, and collectives but also with political groups, social workers, and teachers.

I believe that we do not only learn with our head but also with our heart and body.

Right now I am in an education program to become a systemic mediator.
